      Pros

      As experienced individual when I joined here I asked question to my manager on very 1st review meeting what is criteria for promotion over here. he explained some standard point and apart from that dedication towards work irrespective if any favoritism and its proved. As soon I finished my 1 year tenure I got promoted to my desired role.

      Sometime work life balance not maintained otherwise no Cons.

      With a good supervisor, it's a good company. They do not run with all the latest social justice BS. Lots of people stay for 20+ years.

      Had some bad dept heads.
