No useful trainings are delivered to employees, they are not prepared for a career development (and, in fact, it very rare that the CRAs have the chance to become project managers or line managers, even after many years in the Company!).

Line managers very incompetent, lacking of communication skills and more worried about quantity of work rather than quality of your job. They often verbally threaten the employees ("if you won't work overtime you will never get promoted") and when they are required to give an advice about an issue, they never provide a response ("fix it up as you can, and work overtime" is their favourite answer). The first day you join the company you start directly to work on the projects, without performing the necessary trainings, because you have to produce hours client billable as much as you can. And finally, the career growth is very slow. The company prefers hire new resources better than give career opportunities to whom already work in it.
