Overall a good company to work for.

Pros

They have good benefits for the most part. The people that work there are great. They were always understanding when I had family stuff I needed to take care of. Being a single parent, that really was great.

Cons

Some favoritism from certain management. They have multiple buildings with multiple shifts so it just depends on where you are how it pans out. Raises were usually lacking.

Pros

They are good about giving out bonuses every year and employee appreciation checks every fall. They offer plenty of overtime.

Cons

Management does not like to listen to the employees they think they know it all when they really don't. A lot of the people are idiots. They also do not give out raises.
