not many but pay could be better

-Plenty of overtime -The ludicrous pay can sometimes feel not enough for what you're doing -Biggest problem = Garbage management -The less people we have (the more people that quit), the more they ramp up production -Sometimes push production to unhealthy levels , whilst understaffed, with no regard to employee safety or well-being -Absolutely awful work-life balance -The gestures/incentives they offer for "appreciation" are small and pointless.
