      Not open to innovation and too many corporate layers

      Some co workers are ok to work with, but not much else

      Cons

      No room for mobility or innovation, not willing to change. Uncomfortable work environment where no one is happy. No perks, no personal growth, unclear goals for future, business is slowing down without innovation.

      Pros

      -Ludicrous pay -Plenty of overtime -If you need a job and don't do drugs, chances are they'll hire you -I believe the hiring bonus is 3,000 dollars now

      Cons

      -Plenty of overtime -The ludicrous pay can sometimes feel not enough for what you're doing -Biggest problem = Garbage management -The less people we have (the more people that quit), the more they ramp up production -Sometimes push production to unhealthy levels , whilst understaffed, with no regard to employee safety or well-being -Absolutely awful work-life balance -The gestures/incentives they offer for "appreciation" are small and pointless. We all stand while working, and only get thirty minutes for lunch, so of course, they added a foosball table to the lunch room. Because, that's exactly what people want to do when they're exhausted
