Pros

Excellent benefits, 401k is amazing. they automatically put in 2% and will match up to 5%. the pay is competitive and there is plenty of opportunity to get overtime.

Cons

There is extreme favoritism in the warehouse. upper management has no idea what is happening on the floor. 90% of the employees are convicted felons and that brings its own problems.
