Pros

Great place for people with innovative ideas. Privately owned, family atmosphere.

Cons

Tough to move up in company. Base pay is a bit below market average, but incentives can be nice.

Great culture with bad managers that don't practice what they preach

Pros

The company overall is great to work for with fair compensation for expected employee output. You join a family run company where you will meet a number of great co-workers that really work hard.

Cons

Advancement was almost impossible with the flat management style in place and training is non-existent. Most people are still doing the same job they started doing five years ago. Favoritism, manager bullying and isolation has ultimately lead to good people leaving for other opportunities.
