Pros

Good for entry or junior level developers to gain some real hands on practice.

Cons

Tech stack is relative old. I think the management should invest more money in bring tech stack up to date in order to attract more high qualified software engineers.

none except the work is not hard

Cons

the management is a chaotic, boss is mean, prevent searching online so can't learn and improve. Salary is extremely low, most of salaries displayed in glassdoor are fake.
