down time to better work on other skills since the position won't help cultivate your current ones

Cons

no career path. employees come second in pay and health safety. first to be back in office during pandemic despite being fully operational with work from home and knowing some lived in hot zones when the protests were happening throughout the city. leadership and management stayed home while other workers rotated to come in. after it died down some more they trickled in 1-2 times a week. some not at all.

1. Worst boss, micro-management, never appreciate your hard work and overtime. Boss treat employees as slaves. 2. Extremely low salary 3. Very old tech stack, you'll never have a chance to gain experience of any advanced tech 4. No company culture
