I have been working in this beautiful community for over 15 years and I haven't known another place that feels like family, since the first day I started working here employees and residents greet you warmly by name and a smile. It is a good place to work, as you have the option to choose medical, dental or vision benefits. They always have activities for the residents and the employees. You will work in a good environment and surrounded by good people. You will always have hours of work and a job in the housekeeping department since is a big building to take care of. I enjoy it when I clean for the residents and keep my community clean because it's like our home, SO, WE WORK AS A TEAM TO MAKE THAT HAPPEND!!
Cons
You became so attached to your residents that is very painful to hear when you have a loss of some of them. That is the hard work of this job.
