      Profit over patient care

      Pros

      Building relationships with patients. Retirement plan. Benefits.

      Cons

      Horribly short-staffed. Nurses are stretched very thin and a 60 hour week is common. Morale is extremely low, if not non-existent. Focus is now on profit vs patient care.
