-Relaxed, family friendly company. They work with you on creating a schedule that works for you. -Locally owned. Management takes time to get to know the employees. -Spend time making work fun. company sponsored events, meals, etc.

Pros

Strong supporter of family values. Constantly seeks talent and works with employees on career path to ensure job satisfaction and longevity. As a single mom, I appreciate what the company does for its employees and how much they work with each individual when special situations arise. I also appreciate the company's support in employees being involved in their community and company's constant involvement in local community projects. There is nowhere else I would rather work!

I can't really think of anything. Love my bosses, love the company!
