Less than desirable pay, micromanagement and yet still a lack of involvement, understaffed a lot

My experience was terrible! Their "trainer" doesn't actually teach, just recites to you a phone book's worth of info as fast as she can, while occasionally stopping to breath. Then asking, "Are there any questions?" Of course, no one ever has any because they didn't understand her. Then she expects you to start and remember that dictionary's worth of info, immediately. I kid you not. And condescendingly talk down to you in group emails to save herself. That's the job here. They hire employees only to use them as lighting rods to redirect their incompetence off themselves. It's a childish, high school clique workplace. Very toxic, fake and stressful to your mental health. Do not work here. They act nice but are really conniving. I guarantee all the good reviews on here are fake or staff members.
