Pros

The company culture and atmospheres is very positive. It’s a fun big place to work. I the factory is huge, really interesting to walk through and always new people to meet! I love my coworkers and have mad many friends. The CEOs are so kind and love their employees. Benefit programs are great.

Cons

HR needs SERIOUS help. They are a mess of drama. When approaching “Human Resources” for help and guidance they treated me awfully. They bullied me. I would never feel safe asking for help or direction in that department, the department were supposed to feel heard by. I have heard many of these negative stories from other employees.
