Pros

Can work remotely Coworkers are nice and helpful

Cons

The cheapest company I've ever worked for. No equipment is provided. Lots of digs from management to try to get you to upgrade your equipment at your own cost. If your computer fails you have to take time off until it gets fixed on your own dime. Incredibly underpaid. Raises are irregular and 50 cents at best. Their remote server is bottom of the line and goes down any time there is a light sprinkle at the Detroit Lakes headquarters. And if their server goes down you have to make up the time. They also run the free versions of Fontbase and the VPN. There are no SOPs or documentations of standards that are kept up to date. Standards and written procedures are years out of date and it's on the trainers and people getting the training to keep their own note. Which means there are no standard ways of doing anything and you'll be taught to do the same things in three different ways. But management will still go after you for doing things "wrong" even though nothing is written down to show what is the right way to do things. Management has no idea what is going on and remote workers are left in the dust consistently despite carrying a majority of the workload. You'll be able to sit in on profit sharing meetings to see exactly how many millions they're pulling in and then be told there's no money for raises. Also lots of mandatory overtime with very little notice. Management does a bad job of managing workloads and refuses to quote customers longer work times so at the last minute you'll be pulled into an extra 8+ hours for the week.
