Pros

Consistent work, overtime available, clean

Cons

They short checks. Then don't correct it for weeks sometimes months. I worked there for 10 year received no raises. They give big bonuses to new employees and hard to use gift cards to old employees. You will work constantly and if you say you need time off they write you up!

Pros

The people I've worked with have been the best part of working here. A lot of long time employees that genuinely seem to care about one another. Other departments may have a different experience as supervisors/managers can make or break the experience. Hybrid work arrangement for our department makes work/life balance better.

Cons

High deductible health plan is very expensive for amount of the deductible and total out of pocket cost. Pension plan was discontinued. Many years of wage freezes or 1-2% across the board "merit" increases. The company is closing our local plant.
