Pros

Great people to work for. Not micro managed. As long as you did your work, no questions asked.

Cons

Pay and hours could be better. Not much offered to office as sales team when you're all to be a team.

Pros

Good medical, dental, and vision insurance. Stable work schedule, always 40 hours a week. Pay is average.

Cons

No opportunity to move into sales if you started in the shop. Office seems to look down on shop employees not as equals. Expected to work numerous Saturdays throughout the year. Not a company to move up in or stay long term. Turn over rate is mildly high for the shop positions. No matter heat or freezing temps signs must go up.
