Pros

Company as a whole is great, great benefits, etc.

Cons

Competitive selling environment with many many reps in one area fighting over the same accounts. Making budget is difficult and if you don’t make your budget you will be broke. If you don’t operate like a used car salesmen, you won’t make it there.

Pros

If you enjoy dealing with people and given some of the tools to do so its a great place to be.

Cons

Its often harder to work with management then it is the clients. Company worries too much about increasing rates to current clients then selling non preforming inventory. Very little appreciation, no matter what you do, its never enough. Expectations are to increase rates and sales by 3-7% yet never does commission % or expense income income change.
