Pros

Well paying job. Good people. Great company culture overall. There's holiday parties, tailgates, and the occasional early closure. The company itself continues to grow, so jobs are pretty secure.

Cons

If you are salaried, overtime isn't compensated. Only an issue a couple of weeks per year for this job.

Pros

Work/life balance. They promote from within with lots of opportunity to move up if you’re in sales. Leadership has been around for a long time and willing to share their wealth of knowledge.

Cons

Hard to move up if not in sales. Good bit of busy work for the real estate manager which translates into not enough time in the field acquiring new leases and meeting with city/government officials and improving the portfolio.
