Pros

Excellent benefits. The management truly makes you feel important and especially like family. Nobody that is in a higher position looks down on you. Vacation and sick days upon hire. Very caring and understanding. Excellent on the job training.

Cons

The money isn't great. The pay is enough to barely pay the bills and you have no money left after payday. You must work in all weather conditions. Very old billboards that have been neglected over years. You must carry the next man's slack if he doesn't show up or if he doesn't want to work that day. Management rarely observes all the workers in action and doesn't see those who are lazy and leaves others in a bind.

Great Place to Work

Pros

Lamar Outdoor is a great place to work. The work/life balance is incredible. Collaboration between corporate and the individual plants couldn't be better. It's a fun and innovative industry and I'm proud to be a part of it. If you work hard and put in the effort, the sky is the limit. Great benefits as well.

Cons

New hardware/software roll-outs could happen at less busy times of the year, but it's manageable.

Pros

LG has the largest graphics department in the southeast, so it's a great place to meet and learn from talented people.

Cons

Run by micromanagers who are eager to place blame instead of taking responsibility. As a result, morale is low and the creative is not nearly as good as it could be.
