Pros

Even though it is a multi-billion dollar company, it feels like a small business at times. Each office around the country operates independently. People here care about each other.

Cons

I'm the ONLY person working in my office's art department. There is no back-up locally.

Great Company, little pay

Pros

The people are amazing. I loved everyone I worked with and the company culture is like no other. You will never find a more fun and relaxed work enviornment. Work-life balance is awesome unless you are a sales rep. Great benefits.

Cons

The pay is very low and not competitive at all. No defined job hierarcy for current employees to strive for. Management could be better but again the people are what make this job.
