This is a great company to work for.

Pros

The managers are thorough and disciplined, but nice most of the time. The pay is right where it should be for my job, and my coworkers are all great to work with.

Cons

There are opportunities to move up, but I haven't seen them yet. Sometimes the managers can be a bit hard to please, but they are still patient most of the time.

good benefits, good people, lots overtime if your okay with it being required

Cons

work life balance, can be hard work, pay not enough for expectations.

Pros

The companies values are great. The work-life balance is awesome. Very little micromanaging.

Cons

Each office runs as a separate entity, so one market might be great to work in, but another may not. It is hit or miss in different regions.
