Pros

The dress code is very casual and the work environment is very friendly and relaxed. The corporate office is very modern and unique. I've received comments that it resembles something out of a Google office. There's a full kitchen that would allow you to cook just about anything.

Cons

Compensation is typically on the lower side.

Pros

Good benefits. Stock can be purchased at a discounted rate. In the right departments there is a good community feeling.

Cons

Expected to work lots of overtime with no pay, no comp time, and no acknowledgement for having done so. Travel at a moments notice to anywhere the company decides is "an emergency" and for unknown durations.

Pros

Casual environment, great parties, gave me my start. The benefits are pretty good, affordable. Very flat organization so there isn't a lot of bureaucracy involved.

Cons

Very low pay compared to other companies in this industry. Upper management is protected. If you make a complaint, it will be investigated and nothing will happen.
