Pros

Corporate has a great environment. Pay is above average for market.

Cons

Women are set up for failure. Men are respected more so. Definitely selling in a “man’s world” and have been told so. Management poorly trained. Actually, not trained at all. Toxic office environment. Females reps have been the lowest paid for years in plant, not given equal opportunities.

Pros

can't think of any worth mentioning

Cons

very low salary base, commission structure is mediocre at best and the best accounts are taken by senior sales people leaving nothing left for new people, very expensive and terrible coverage on health benefits, no growth possibilities, no money to be made, management doesn't care about it's employees

Pros

Company as a whole is great, great benefits, etc.

Cons

Competitive selling environment with many many reps in one area fighting over the same accounts. Making budget is difficult and if you don’t make your budget you will be broke. If you don’t operate like a used car salesmen, you won’t make it there.
