Pros

They do one thing and they do it well - out of home advertising. Well run company with stable ownership. Wages are average, but depending on position and manager, you can negotiate bonuses. Important note: They, or our plant manager at least, let you do your job.

Cons

Large corporation where some decisions that impact local work flow have to be made in order to benefit the most, or corporate, people. But there's not a lot of this.

Pros

Lamar has awesome people and hard working individuals. The benefits are amazing, 120 hours of PTO that accrue over time, with tenancy this will increase. they provide health incentives to motivate you to exercise and reward you with gif cards. My office also supplied lots of kitchen goodies (coffee, snacks, water, and other type of foods) The workplace environment is really nice.

Cons

I wish the more health plan options as you are limited to on 2 plans.
