      Lamar is a great company to work and with.

      Pros

      So many tools to make selling simple. Good and fun training. Patient and understanding management. Fun morale and family/work/life focused. Solid team in Springfield MO.

      Cons

      Some of the training had stats that were prior to the pandemic. I think these need to be updated as there are changes to the advertising world...especially with radio.

      Great company with great benefits. With Lamar you have the opportunity to grow within the company. With Lamar you feel like you are part of a large family that starts with the family feel atmosphere at your individual plant.

      Must be a self motivated individual that realizes you have benchmarks to meet within the organization
