Pros

Always fair in compensation. Great place for technical staff. Good bonuses and great benefits. Part of a great enterprise where treating others the way you want to be treated is a hallmark.

Cons

Still growing and maturing from a smaller to very large office.

Awesome workplace for some, nightmare for others

Pros

High pay, free lunch, insurance, some nice people

Cons

Management is questionable, very micromanaging. There does exist a culture of harassment and micro aggression. Women are disrespected in the worst way possible. No HR; you will have to suffer in silence or you will get in ‘trouble’. For more information, read Employees’ Reviews of Clayco - that’s more like how they are running LJC. Long hours, rewarded with more work.
