LJC is truly a collaborative place to work. Your opinion is always heard and you will immediately notice how friendly everyone is with daily communal lunches and lots of company events to create a team spirit. I particularly loved their trust in their employees- it allowed employees to grow in their career and get lots of experience on site, in presentations, and build leadership skills.
Cons
I would say the main downside to LJC is sometimes it's work life balance. The culture supports working from home at night after working in the day and that's ok once in awhile, but when it becomes regular it can create "burnt out" in strong employees who work long hours.
