      - Engineering team has top-tier talent - Get to work on very interesting projects using state-of-the-art hardware - Challenging technical problems (e.g. virtualizing large scale GPU clusters) - Growth rate is extremely fast in terms of customers / revenue

      Cons

      - Need more product direction (product team is under resourced) - Cross-departmental coordination (though this is getting better)

      This company is the real deal. People are fantastic. Work-life balance is achievable. The potential for impact is staggering. Management treats employees very well. Salary is generous.

      Cons

      Tech stack is still a bit immature. And being mostly remote, it's a bit more difficult and labored to get to know your teammates.
