Pros

You get to do a little of everything, never boring and lots of talented people to learn from. Excellent job security. Company does not borrow any money and so is financially stable and less affected by financial crisis.

Cons

Very low salary. No staff development, you need to do it yourself. Little investment. Little respect for intellectual property of other companies and low standards of business morality.

Micro-management to the 10th degree, Dangerous and explosive situations not dealt with. No full time maintenance. No Preventative maintenance program. Employees expected to perform dangerous activities routinely. Inadequate resources and materials available for employees. Expectations for employees to do it all, maintenance, operating chemical analysis, janitorial, Mowing, weed eating, environmental cleanup, Shipping and Receiving and anything else deemed necessary at the time. Inadequate Personal Protective Equipment.
