      Good atmosphere and great people. Communication structure works well.

      They are strict in a lot of ways, not too generous to employees in terms of salary and benefits.

      Pros

      You get to do a little of everything, never boring and lots of talented people to learn from. Excellent job security. Company does not borrow any money and so is financially stable and less affected by financial crisis.

      Cons

      Very low salary. No staff development, you need to do it yourself. Little investment. Little respect for intellectual property of other companies and low standards of business morality.
