Lancesoft very organized and clear instructions for onboarding remote, contract work; supported me/timely response to questions about two extensions of original contract. The pay is good and in line with the current market, 401K and benefits available.

Cons

Not great health insurance offerings benefits and 401k minimal employer match.

Enticed(hounded) with a coffee gift card to provide a review. Inexperienced people in employee care. No benefits no holidays or paid time off. Do not support the worker. Absolutely no diversity in their staff.
