I’m thankful to Lancesoft for helping me land a great job in a very reputable company that I have been aspiring to work for. Their hiring process is straight forward and efficient. They helped me through the interviews and understanding the workplace.

Cons

A bit aggressive on the agents though. It would be nice if their head hunters can coordinate and know ahead if someone is already being handled by other agents.
