Only Pros is its a laid back environment and they have Beer fridays and unlimited vacation time off.
Cons
Management has no clue how to run a security company, much less a Helpdesk. What they do is bring you in for a interview and make you feel real comfortable. Then once they hire you and you enjoy the very relaxed atmosphere, they watch you to see how you adapt to the beer fridays and how you get along with your co-workers. If a co-worker feels your not a good fit or feels he can't get along with you, then they fire you! They are known for lieing and in this company its who you know that helps you keep your job. If your buddies with the right person, you can keep your job. My advice is stay away from this cyber security company. Don't fall into the friendly atmosphere they show you or the beer fridays. Its all setup to make you think its a dream job, then your out the door!!
