Pros

Great place to work. Very committed staff. Huge growth. Enjoyed work and was disappointed with the acquisition. Integration into Cisco has been painful.

Cons

Things changed drastically after being acquired by Cisco. The small company has been slowly replaced with the large company culture.

A real work community. Everyone stuck together, worked hard and was always willing to help each other out!! Mike Potts is an incredible man who always takes care of his employees!!

Cons

The struggles of any venture capital company. Lancope was purchased by Cisco.
