Pros

A few nice coworkers, can select work hours, fun Christmas party with open bar and DJ, events to encourage company morale such as outings, celebrations for good performance, etc., great product, growing company

Cons

Typical company politics, lack of diversity, low salaries, long-time employees aren't properly rewarded with opportunities to advance, few opportunities to advance, not enough room for all employees, the employee recognition program is more of a popularity contest

Pros

I could not be more happy with my decision to come to Lancope. It's a great atmosphere with smart people working to solve tough problems.

Cons

The growth of the employee base can be challenging sometimes as we have to shift around in our workspace to make room for new people joining. However, the addition of new people coming into the mix is an energizing thing.

Flexible schedule Good Pay Company events and outings in some departments Brand new modern office Good Product

Cons

Terrible managers in some departments ie - Finance and GA Have to be careful who you cross because there is some cronyism going on and you could find yourself in the unemployment line if you go over your managers head Be prepared to change medical benefits provider on an annual basis Product is expensive and viewed as a nice to have instead of must have
