Pros

Benefits package is very good. Compensation is good for incoming employees. Flexible work schedules for non-manufacturing positions.

Cons

Long-term employees can get stuck in salary ranges. Sometimes corporate & local HR feels more like a group "out to get you", rather than an important function used to foster employee relations and recognizing in-house talent for other opportunities.

Pros

Competitive Salary/Benefits package. That's about it. DO NOT STAY IN IT FOR THE BENEFITS/MONEY.

Cons

There are very few women or minorities at the company. I only came across 1 who was both in my time there. Any woman you do come across is at the admin level. Average employee is a white baby boomer male. They are the least innovative company I've ever worked for but are under the delusion that they are cutting edge. Worst of all is probably the HR department's inability to remain a bipartisan mediator. The only thing coming out of that department was sarcasm and pointed fingers.

- Great for entry level employees - Overtime opportunities are available by the season - Flexibility with the daily schedule

Cons

- Not much communication and interaction with Management - Shoreview location seems a bit old and could use some updating - The role does not have much team interaction if that is what you are going for
