      Pros

      It's an Oracle shop, with other systems used in pockets. Depending on the position may have flexible hours. In the past couple of years, the company seem to focused more on hiring newly graduates. Technology wise, they've made quite a change in the way they adopt new technology, which is now much faster than when I first joined in 2007. The company was on MS Office 2003 and Win NT then. Currently on the move to Office 2013/365, SharePoint is on-premise with talks moving some farms to SharePoint Online.

      Cons

      In terms of document management and collaboration, there is a lack of direction and support. Interns seem to get more benefit and attention than regular employees. I think that should be the other way around.
