      Wake up - it's 2013 and still the company is run by a "Good Old Boy Network."

      Pros

      In the past had a great culture! Now the company is being run by a Pillsbury culture. All the employees that General Mills did not want to take with them when they bought Pillsbury are not at Land O Lakes. What does that say for the company.

      Cons

      Very political. If you disagree, keep it to yourself. It's all about the numbers. Once was a collaborative organization.

      Smart colleagues, nice view, decent balance

      Cons

      Losing the heart and soul. Collaboration is tricky and often discouraged. Dairy Foods is Becoming General Mills East culture but with Bad prioritization and direction, very slow decision making.
