      A very rapidly growing company in a tough economic time for this country.

      The company has allowed me to move into new more challenging roles within the organization which have allowed for personal growth and to further my career.

      Cons

      They have invested way to much at one time into IT infrastructure an struggle sometimes at the delivery.

      Management needs to moveinto the 2000's. Trying to manage like the 70's.

      Pros

      They had a great bonus program and usually good salaries. The make good products. The culture was changingf for the better.

      Cons

      Management did not trust employees, they were looking for ways to get rid of long standing employees because they felt they did not know anything. They would bring in new people, but did not allow them to make any changes.
