The people are great to work with. There is no backstabbing like at other places I have worked. I feel like it is a good company with a good history.

Cons

The benefits are acceptable but the cost keeps rising for less of a benefit to the employees. Not much room for advancement from this cubicle.

Great brand name, Great Sr Leadership - the president is the best leader I've ever been experienced.

Cons

There are some on the leadership team 2 levels below the President and Sr VPs that are anything but real leaders.
