There is a strong company culture with a positive team atmosphere. A competitive benefits package is given to employees. There are abundant resources and tools that are offered to support job performance.

Cons

Compensation is well below industry standards. There is high-turnover and issues with employee retention particularly in my division. The company lacks clear guidelines for career advancement and those who work hard are not rewarded.
