      Pros

      LOL has a lot of potential to climb the ladder or to move laterally.

      Cons

      Culture of being always being on, and the sales team is king. Operations often get the crumbs. Paid Time off is okay, but health care benefits are not great.

      Pros

      Land O'Lakes is a great place to not only grow your career, but have a long lasting career. As a cooperative, there is a culture of supporting one another and working hard on behalf of our member-owners. I've collaborated with some amazing people and truly feel valued. While I enjoy my role, should I ever want to try something new it's the type of organization where you can network and move across BU's to gain experience. Beth Ford is an amazing leader too!

      Cons

      I honestly don't have anything I truly dislike about working for Land O'Lakes. While the ag industry isn't super diverse overall, the organization is investing a lot in its growth as an inclusive place to work, especially at the corporate headquarters.
