Pros

Many projects to work on, however they are known in the field as LandDisaster.

Cons

Managers are hard on their team. They used to be passive aggressive if you took lunch more than 20 min or ate somewhere besides your desk. It was bad. Dont expect to work less than 50 hours at minimum juggling 5 or more submittals. They just meet deadlines and submit garbage. They offer Friday half days but reprimand you if used, Also expect to pay 50 plus dollars for parking lots full of homeless that follow you. All the other benefits will cost about 350 a month.

Pros

Excellent training and exposure for professional development. Many opportunities for growth within the company. Very modern open office layout promotes collaboration.

Cons

Doesn't offer paid parking. Salary is competitive but on the lower side. Few opportunities to get out of the office.
