Salary raise is relatively lower than other firms

Not a great firm for people of color; During quarterly reviews they talk about how this is the greatest firm in the World to work for, LMFAO!! Promotions, bonuses and pay increase are based on who you know in the firm. Gossip culture around the company is done by even the management, they will talk negatively behind your back ,even well known coworkers tend to have their selective groups of gossip. Sometimes you don't feel like you belong. They favor Landscapes architects a lot. If you are a fresh passionate graduate from college then this is NOT a place for your carrier growth. There is no training, no direction, you will get lost, they bring you in with expectations to deliver on your first day. They are always hiring because they lose good people every single day whom were lied to and later realized this is not a place for them. Fake promises are told to you to accept the offer!
