lots of tension due to continious lay off. Bad products. Products do not work on field. old technology. No innovation. Only politics.

Very bad company. Culture is worst i have seen in my last few jobs. Continous layoff. Decision driven by politics and not data. Leadership is driven by politics and racism against. The CTO has no idea about the industry. Employess dont even know who the CTO is of the company. He is virtually invisible. He just talks industry words by reading news paper, has never achieved anything personally. The CEO changes every 2 years and direction of company changes with every CEO. All VPs have their favourites that never get laid off due to performance issues but all performing employes get laid off. If you talk about issues and challenges, you are considered as " Not aligned to company" and they let you go
