Decent Benefits Some Good People (with the bad)

Cons

Too many "managers" and contractors trying to justify paycheck with ridiculous meetings so that they can cover up the fact that they don't do a damn thing all day to help the companies bottom line or the employees that have the misfortune of working under them.

Pros

Accommodates all types of people with no discrimination. Work is good, not the most exciting, but you are a contributor. Management is open to new ideas from you, and are as transparent as management can get. Monthly meetings with management to discuss products, business, events, etc... Lunch with Richard Mora every two or so weeks for about 6 people to just hang out, very nice atmosphere.

Cons

Work is not the most exciting. Some managers rope you into long conversations that waste a lot of time. There needs to be more inter-department mingling. It seems like the different branches dont really interact as much.
