      Pros

      Some of the long-serving staff who have survived the many culls are some of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever worked with

      Cons

      Efforts to widen the business and move away from solely making and selling meters keep getting shut down. Management are obsessed with outsourcing/offshoring work meaning years of experience and knowledge are lost just to bring down costs in short-term but store up problems for the long term
