High turnover - for good reason

Pros

Lots of vacation time, a 401k and good health insurance.

Cons

There is a very unprofessional work environment at the branch level and new policies and computer systems are constantly being rolled out without being fully tested first. Half of the people at this company don't do any work and spend their time doing whatever they feel like without ever getting punished. The other half are very hard workers that end up getting stuck with all the extra work.

Great pay, little supervision, very convenient work hours, nice location.

Cons

The employees at the corporate office are all very stuck up and rude. Landmark doesn't really care about their employees compare to other credit unions. More about the numbers and not their members. Poor training in the indirect lending department and then they blame you for their mistake of not training you well .
