Great people to work with; caring across most of the business Decent location with Parking Senior leadership approachable and friendly

Movement towards direct management from Belgium Some select wrong staff decisions in senior leadership Impression culture has been damaged slightly over time Happy to pay someone under market wage for amount of work but varies massively by department

Nothing.waste of time,money, energy everything

Cons

It is a field work.Not just in Hyderabad,you have to go to other places..like I travelled kurnool,karimnagar,Nandyal,Warangal....there u have to go on marketing that means you have to go to the customer in person and tell them about the product..it's an insurance.....u have to make the person take the product on spot...and it's a variable income that person you make enroll is the money you get pays
